About this project

Pediatric Therapeutic Services’ (PTS) mission is to expand on the benefits of integrated classrooms. PTS provides tools, knowledge, and resources to school districts so that both students with and without services benefit from this kind of integrated system.

To help them achieve this mission, Farotech entered with a full-service marketing strategy to help assist them in all their marketing efforts to reach clinicians and school administrators.

Persona Marketing

After spending some initial research and strategy sessions with Farotech, Pediatric Therapeutic Services hit the ground running on their marketing services. Once their marketing personas and related strategies were in place, the full marketing effort went into effect.

Regular blogs, video blogs, and SEO pages helped bolster the site’s organic traffic to produce great awareness and eventually led to a 600% year over year contacts increase.

Person Ad Targeting

With the SEO campaign firmly establish over the course of each year, the next step was to set up highly targeted Google Ad search campaigns.

Using the information garnered through the initial research performed for each persona, Farotech and PTS were able to set key parameters to fully optimize the ads budget. Setting up a geolocator and other demographics in addition to optimized landing pages on the PTS website led to great returns for new contact conversions.

Asset Improvements

To further help bolster engagement and conversion of the targeted personas, PTS and Farotech collaborated on creating engaging offer content.

Among the assets and offers created were various email promotions, eBooks, and infographics that had appeal for each persona. Farotech created updated branding to help these stand out. In addition, Farotech helped use these offerings to help promote webinars with interested contacts to better serve and engage with these personas.

The Results

Pediatric Therapeutic Solutions’ collaboration with Farotech over the years produced great results, starting with the first year. Contacts were increased over 6 times, and contacts to customer conversions more than doubled, as well.

PTS greatly raised their profile and brands, which made them more appealing to both recruiters and clinicians. The work performed here collectively continues to raise PTS’ business in their space as one of the premier thought leaders in their industry.
